The Younger 4's class meets three days a week and is limited to 14 students.  The Younger 4’s class is NOT a kindergarten readiness class.  This class is geared towards those children who either will not meet the cut-off for kindergarten or whose parents know they will stay for a bonus year of preschool.  Children who are going to be attending kindergarten after the 25-26 preschool year, should NOT register for this class.  The class will prepare children socially and academically for an additional year of preschool by covering a modified 4-year-old program, but at a slower pace and with an emphasis on basic letter strokes, fine motor skills, as well as additional social and emotional skills.
